Made by Eric Koyanagi. The largest version of the offset tube, the 12″ Hard Head Offset Tube is a marlin killer. The offset tube was designed to run as stable as possible, especially in rougher sea conditions. On the face of the lure, the brass tubing is higher up on the insert, allowing for a shallower angle of pull off the outrigger or rod tip. This allows the lure to run even better in rough conditions, dive deeper with less possibility of the lure coming out of the water and skipping along the surface. Rig the Hard Head with a 10/0 hookset and skirt in vinyl and you will see why the offset tube is a great lure for short or long rigger.
