The jets allow water and bubble to pass through the head and into the skirt, creating more action and vibration out of the skirt. Rig with a 10/0 hookset or a wahoo 11/0 hookset and wait for the reel to start screaming. Marlin Magic bullets and jets have the option of either rubber or Strobez skirting. If you are skirting in Strobez, a single hook is the only way you should rig it.
